Its founder, Kyle Holeman, had spent years moving between boardrooms and backstage, navigating the worlds of business consulting, creative direction, and cultural production. He saw firsthand how talented creators, visionaries, and community builders were often overlooked, under-resourced, or unsupported—not because they lacked brilliance, but because they lacked systems.

So he built one.
